Vantage House History

Vantage House opened in 1990 as a community where seniors can stay actively engaged in all that the Baltimore Area has to offer. While there are many options for senior living, Vantage House continues to be the only Life Care community in Columbia/Howard County.

Forward-thinking. Vantage House is at the forefront of current health trends offering the latest in wellness and fitness programs for our residents. Plus, in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, Vantage House has a community-wide "Green Program," dedicated to the conservation of our natural resources and improvement of our environment.

Not-for-profit. Vantage House is a privately owned not-for-profit corporation governed by a community-based corporate Board of Directors.

Corporate Board of Directors. Vantage House continues to thrive under the dedicated guidance of our Board of Directors, comprised of local business, medical, financial and community volunteers. The Board has deep roots within the community and brings a wealth of experience to the continued success of Vantage House.

LCS Management. Adding to our smart business plan, Vantage House is managed by Life Care Services LLC (LCS)-recognized as a leader in the senior living industry for nearly four decades and currently serves more than 23,000 residents in over 80 communities nationwide. http://www.lcsnet.com
