While fee-for-service contract communities require payment for each service as it’s needed, our Extensive Contract covers more than any other retirement program in the area for one affordable monthly fee. Simply put, we offer much more for the dollar. In addition, our entrance fee structure lets your relative choose one of two smart financial options. They can decide on a 50-Month Declining Refund Option with a lower entrance fee, or a 90 Percent Refund Option that refunds 90 percent of the entrance fee to them or their estate, no matter how long they live at the community. In addition, a portion of the monthly fee may be tax deductible.
