Assisted Living
Assisted living, which includes 26 rooms, is part of the continuum of care at Vantage House. As our residents’ health needs change, necessitating more supportive services, they transition from residential apartments to assisted living. Our residents in assisted living receive personalized assistance, supervision and health-related services to assist them in performing the activities of daily living.
