Entrance Fee Options
Vantage House offers two entrance fee options.

• The 90 Percent Refund Option
  (starting at $152,850)
  Under the 90 Percent Refund Option, a resident or the resident’s estate is refunded 90 percent of the entrance fee paid.
  
• The 50-Month Declining Refund Option
  (starting at $107,000)
  Under the 50-Month Declining Refund Option, the entrance fee paid is reduced at a rate of 2% per month. After 50 months, there is no refund.
