Vantage House is so much more than just a place to live. It's a warm, caring community where people of diverse backgrounds, ages and interests enjoy a wide circle of friends and activities. You’ll find genuine fellowship at Vantage House with so many interesting, talented neighbors.

Our residents move in at age 60 or older. They come as singles, couples, brothers or sisters, or as friends who want to share an apartment together. Most are retired and fill their days with volunteer work and social activities. Some continue to work part-time.

Though most of our residents come from Maryland, we also have residents from out of state, many of whom choose Vantage House to be close to children and grandchildren and/or for all the location has to offer.
