Howard County is in one of the largest media markets in the nation. In addition to all the major networks and more than 200 cable channels, Columbia residents get their news from The Baltimore Sun and The Washington Post. The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal also provide home delivery for subscribers.
Local newspapers include The Columbia Flier, The Business Monthly and Generations, a publication for the 50+ crowd. In addition, the county’s Office on Aging publishes The Senior Connection. |
