Vice President and Financial Advisor in the Baltimore office of Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown. Mr. Brooks was appointed to the Howard County Economic Advisory Committee and has served on the Board of the Owen Brown Interfaith Center.  Mr. Brooks is a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served from 1970-1972.  He received an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Hobart College. He is the son of a former Vantage House resident. Director since 1999.
