James Burns, Jr.
Senior Staff Manager, air traffic control systems, Adsystech, Inc.  Mr. Burns is a former Air Force and FAA controller, supervisor, and manager (38 years) with a professional background in operations, aviation weather, cartography, and aviation system safety.  He attended College of San Mateo (CA) and Northeastern Illinois University.  He has been active in community affairs for over 40 years.  In 2003, he was appointed to the position of Adjunct Instructor at the Goodwin College of Professional Studies at Drexel University as part of the college’s Aviation Management Program. Director since 2001.
