Coordinator of Legal Affairs, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Organizational Systems and Adult Health, School of Nursing, University of Maryland; and Adjunct Associate Professor, University College, University of Maryland. Both a lawyer with a J.D. degree from George Washington University, and an R.N. with a Masters of Science degree from the School of Nursing at the University of Maryland. She currently serves as a member of the Board of The Horizon Foundation and of Howard County General Hospital, an affiliated member of Johns Hopkins Medicine. Previously she served as Chairman of the Board of Health of Howard County, MD, and has been a contributor to and an editor of several professional journals. Director since 2002.
