President of the Vantage House Residents’ Association.  Retired, with over 45 years’ experience in the Airline Transportation industry, many years of which were in Senior Executive positions.  Mr. Propper served as Director of the Oakmont Village Association, Chair of the Facilities Maintenance Committee, and member of the Finance and Public Relations Committees at Oakmont, an active adult community in Santa Rosa, California.  He also served on the Santa Rosa Auxiliary Police Force. He attended New York City Public Schools, College of the City of New York, Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, N.Y., the Academy of Aeronautical Sciences in Queens, N.Y., and Cal State University at Long Beach, California.   Director since 2006.
