Barbara Resnick
Professor of Nursing, Adult Health Department, University of Maryland School of Nursing, Baltimore, MD; Certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has broad clinical, research, teaching and consulting experience in the field of adult and gerontological health, and has been published widely on a range of related matters. Dr. Resnick has received numerous professional awards for her work, federally funded research grants, and has been an active participant in service to professional and health related community organizations. She received a B.S.N. from the University of Connecticut, an M.S.N. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a PhD from the University of Maryland. Director since 2003.
