Gail T. Young
Management Consultant, domestic and international financial management. She is the former Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Universities Research Association, Inc.; Vice President, Administrative and Financial Affairs, MD Biotechnology Institute, University of Md. System; Director of Financial Management, US Dept. of Transportation; and former Controller of the US Department of Energy. Dr. Young holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Doctor of Business Administration from The George Washington University. She is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager, was a Founding Director of The Women’s National Bank and of the First WNB Corp., Washington, D.C., and is a member of several professional organizations. Dr. Young has served as Professor of Accounting at the University of Baltimore and Mount St. Mary’s university.  Director since 2003.
